World Buddha Day 2022
World Buddha Day 2022 was celebrated across the globe, with Melbourne organisers employing a local mural artist to paint a huge image of the sacred Bodhi tree, onto which 3D graphics were projected.
Artists in Motion produced the show, utilising the base mural as a focal point for the digital content.
We worked with AIM’s artistic directors to create dawn and dusk looping sections. AIM provided an animated model of the tree, which Totem textured and lit, creating a rich environmental backdrop for the various speakers.
The deadline was tight, with final content being delivered just days before the show went live, which made for a challenging but rewarding experience!
